English term or phrase: union lawyer/contract law/D.A.
Kent er iemand de juiste vertaling van die drie termen? Een D.A. vertalen we door officier van justitie, maar dat is een Nederlandse term. Ken jij het Belgische equivalent? Een openbare aanklager misschien? "Contract law" heeft volgens mij echt iets met contracten te maken. Maar ik vind de correcte Nederlandse vertaling niet.
"Union lawyer", wat voor soort advocaat is dat?

Dutch translation:vakbondsjurist/contractrecht/procureur des konings
Explanation:
If you want the Belgian equivalent of D.A.; it is "procureur des konings". The Dutch is 'officier van justitie". This kind of terms cannot be translated in a way that's correct for both Belgium and the Neth. Just as they only use the term DA in the USA and not in for instance Canada and the UK.
A "union lawyer" is a lawyer paid by trade unions to assist trade union members in legal matters, of course especially regarding employment, layoffs etc. Contract law is an easy one.
