English term or phrase: explain the title
1. Explain the title of the book (max. 30 words):
This book is called The Mind War, because there is a telepathic war between aliens, who dominate the world and Earth people.

2. Where did the story take place?:
The story takes place in some countries of the world, like England and India.
The most important place is in the dormitory.

3. Is this story about modern- or old times? How do you know?
(max. 20 words):
The story takes place in the future, because there aren’t aliens on earth in old times and in this time.

4. Mention about three characters of the book and give a description of them in one line:
a. Bobbie: She is telepathic, intelligent and in the beginning of the story she is four years old.
b. Grandfather from Bobbie: He is kind, telepathic and helpful.
c. The Meidons: They come from another planet. They have a blue skin and metallic grey hair. They haven’t got any emotions and they are brutal.

5. Tell why you like one of the characters best (max. 30 words):
I like the grandfather from Bobbie best, because he is very kind to Bobbie and he wants to help other people.

6. Tell why you disliked one of the characters most (max. 30 words):
I don’t like The Meidons, because they dominate the whole world and they are very brutal.

7. Which part of the book did you like best? And why?:
I like chapter two best, because the last words of the grandfather from Bobbie are very sweet: “I love you, Bobbie.”

8. Did or didn’t you like the book and why?:
I didn’t like the book, because it isn’t the reality and it is not written clear.

9. Now tell de contents of the story in your own words. Only the most important things, of course!:
Bobbie is a girl who is in a dormitory. She and her grandfather can communicate with each other in their minds. They are both telepathic. Grandpa was earlier working as psychologist. He knows there are extraterrestrial weasels (the Meidons) who dominate the whole world.
Grandpa wants Bobbie, together with other telepathic children, to know the thoughts of the Meidons, so that they can beat them.
In the dormitory Bobbie meets two other children who are gifted with telepathy too: Jennifer and Tommy.
After grandpa died, Bobbie, Jennifer and Tommy will read the thoughts of the Meidons.
Other children will help them.
But there is a problem the Meidons have another language.
Fortunately Tommy is very intelligent and he finds out the Meidons’ language, so they could see their minds what they are thinking of and he puts thoughts in their minds.
There was a girl who notices the Meidons hate rats. A boy has rats and he lets them out in the streets. Now the Meidons all want to go home to their own planet and they do. The earth is free again!
