English term or phrase:heater bake-out (or US: bakeout)
Repeated cry for help!
Heater bakeout is a feature of a SCR Power Controller used for electric power control in high furnaces, glass mills etc. Context sample: ...on-board heater bakeout and control diagnostics can help eliminate initial start up problems...
To bake is to harden by heat. Therefore I think you should describe it as being 'uitstook van de verhitter' or 'verhittersuitstook'. Of course 'uitstook' does not officially exist and therefore difficult to determine if it is 'de' or 'het'. My feeling is 'de'.
Hope this helps!
