Hou jullie goed

Explanation:
You want it in 'Flemish', hence I'd suggest you say: 'Hou jullie goed'.

Literally it means: 'zorg (allen) goed (voor jezelf)' and spelling-wise you ought to write 'houdt jullie (allen) goed', but adding the 'DT' at the end of 'hou' is hardly ever done, even though it's the only correct way of writing it.
E.g.: it should be 'Ik houD van jou' ('I love you') and not 'ik hou van jou', even though the former is -again- hardly ever used here.

No references needed, but any (good) dictionary should mention it.

By the way, Monica, please be so kind as to grade the answers given, otherwise I fear nobody will be willing to keep on answering your questions.
This is also a matter of politeness and -as a moderator for ProZ- I often get emails from members complaining that askers don't grade their answers.
