ce devrait être deux questions, en fait (au moins)

j'essaie puisque personne d'autre n'ose

chaque item de budget étant une dimension
chaque dimension faisant partie d'un compte dont la combinaison peut être déterminée à l'avance
par exemple :
dans un budget : petite caisse, combinaison du compte 5000
chaque élément (item) a un numéro secondaire
transport : 5010
café (très important ;-)) : 5020
timbres : 5030
vous avez donc un arbre pour le budget
c'est clair?
