Il existe plusieurs méthodes pour faire sécher le riz. Il est recommandé de le faire sécher à l'ombre, mais ici on ne parle pas de bâtiment. On peut le faire sécher sur un sol de béton, de terre battue ou sur des nattes, sans précision j'opte pour "surfaces".
