English to French translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Architecture / Theatrical architecture
English term or phrase: tension wire grid
It is a non-traditional structure consisting of thin strands of aircraft wire woven within a steel framework and used in place of a standard gridiron or catwalk system. It serves the same purpose as a grid or catwalk in that it allows technicians to access the rigging and pipes above the stage.

I have not managed to find a French equivalent.
