La phrase originale est très maladroite et manque des signes de ponctuation... mais comme traducteurs, aussi pénible que soit notre tâche de compréhension et de décodage, nous devons traduire et non pas inventer.../réinventer / remanier, re-rédiger ou corrompre l'original...

agree  Tony M: Exactly as I already said; EXCEPT that the source text sentence is incomplete, so as Asker points out, there is some question as to what the subject of 'qui' would be in your formulation.
