Explanation:
Essentiellement, en francais comme en anglais, Standard & Poor, est un indice tres serieux pour quelque gouvernement ou grande societe publique qui desire faire un emprunt sur le marche public. On doit donc dire, comme dans ce milieu, "Indice Standard & Poor" et son "rating" ou l'indice fixe determine votre capacite d'emprunt. Le "de" n'a rien a voir. Et ce n'est pas une pecadille...le milieu financier du Quebec ou de France ne dira jamais l'Indice "de" Standard & Poor. C'est le cas pour Moody's, l'indice NASDAQ et autres acronymes associes au monde de la grande finance.
