If an employee and their manager decide that the employee has not worked at Baxter long enough for a review, the employee can select the “Too New to Evaluate” rating at the bottom of their self-assessment and Submit to their managers. Once the form is submitted, the manager will need to go to his/her To Do List and approve the "Too New to Evaluate" rating by also clicking on Submit. This will ensure that all employees are on-track for the next review and that their records are accurate. Please note, even if an employee is considered too new for a formal review session, all new hires should have PMO’s in the system within one month of hire.

If you are an employee writing your own PMO's, performance review, or development plan, your form will go to the individual designated in the Supervisor box at the top of the form.  Please contact your HR representative if the form does not contain your supervisor’s name.  If you are a manager approving an employee's PMO's, performance review or development plan, the form will advance to the next step in the process
