C'est la traduction exacte, mais on pourrait aussi mettre "familier" qui a peut être un peu plus le sens de "expérimenté".
Mais alors "completely uncomfortable" se traduirait plutôt par "totalement novice" que "totalement mal à l'aise".

agree  Catherine Gorton: Je ne suis pas d'accord avec Gilles: le sens ici me semble ambigu et c'est possible qu'il s'agisse d'un sondage concernant l'opinion des consommateurs concernant certaines technologies. Sans contexte, la solution de Francis me semble plausible.
