J'ai bien l'impression que l'angalis est mal rédigé.
Je ne vois en effet pas de raison qui feraient qu'un logiciel deviendrait incompatible avec Win 95 sous prétexte qu'un autre logiciel (Roxio) en l'occurence serait présent, alors qu'au premier abord on comprend effectivement

(ce logiciel est) incompatible avec Win 95 si le logiciel de Roxio (la nouvelle filiale d'Adaptec pour Easy Cd Creator) est présent".

Je crois plutôt que l'auteur a voulu dire que si vous utilisez le logiciel de Roxio (par conséquent très récent) vous serez incompatible avec Win 95 ce dernier logiciel (s'il s'agit de Easy Cd Creator 5 que je possède) étant il me semble effectivement incompatible avec win 95.
