dans une recette de cuisine, c'est un papier qui va au four, j'ai pensé à "papier sulfurisé", j'avais déjà traduit "grease proof paper" par paier sulfurisé.

c'est assez elliptique et manque de ponctuation, on est bien d'accord, ce qui ne facilite pas la compréhensin !

c'est bizarre, le reste de ma note est disparu
on utilise aussi : papier parchemin pour patisserie
ce n'est pas la même choswe que du papier ciré, c'est plus mince et ça ne fond pas au four, alors que du papier ciré (sulfurisé) ordinaire, fondrait au four
j'en utilise lorsque je fais de la patisserie

en fait j'en utilise présentement, je fais des tourtières et des "pets de soeur" entre les réponses aux Kudoz ;-)

je voulais dire, l'empaquetage dit bien : papier parchemin (pour patisserie)
