English to French translations [PRO] Science - Electronics / Elect Eng / semiconductor
English term or phrase:relaxed GeSi
"relaxed GeSi" appears in the field of semiconductors.
Can anybody give me a translation in French for this terms which also deals with epitaxy.
I also know that GeSi means Germanium-Silicium. But how to translate "relaxed"?: relaché? relaxé? déroulé (such as ADN)? or other?
Many Thanks in advance.
It is quite uneasy to answer as the text is only one page long. It deals with manufaturing of microstructures using layers.
I saw that GeSi films can be "stress relaxed". This leads to me to think about "un relâchement suite à une contrainte (pression, chaleur...)".
