English to French translations [PRO]
Science - Electronics / Elect Eng / semiconductor
English term or phrase: relaxed GeSi
"relaxed GeSi" appears in the field of semiconductors.
Can anybody give me a translation in French for this terms which also deals with epitaxy.
I also know that GeSi means Germanium-Silicium. But how to translate "relaxed"?: relaché? relaxé? déroulé (such as ADN)? or other?
Many Thanks in advance.
