If this is not the manufacturer, HT is not so likely "high temperature" for an airbed pump, the airbed should not sustain it, nor need to do so by the way, and this type of pump is rather HVLP (high volume low pressure).
For sure not Amperes, 625A @ 110 V -> 68,75 kW (and twice as much in 220V), no houshold mains can provide that

625 amps would be unfeasibly high for any kind of domestic situation.

I think what you probably have here is simply the model number of your equipment; only the actual format of the label will possibly make that clearer. By all means post an image here if you can, please.
