node = noeud, dans à peu près tous les champs - spécialisés ou non
donc : méthode pour les noeuds technologiques

vous auriez pu aussi utiliser champs, même mais c'est moins précis et ça irait moins bien avec 45 nm champs (je suppose qu'on parle de nanometer ici)
