English to French translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering: Industrial / EHS guidelines
English term or phrase: co-employment
These agreements should be developed with a view to minimising co-employment concerns and ensure compliance with current XXX corporate and country policies on the management of contractors.

I cannot find any equivalent of "co-employment" in French, if any (from what I have found, there isn't). Any ideas?

dans le cas que vous donnez, il s'agit bien de marchandage et effectivement réservé, en France, aux stés d'interim.
Le terme fait référence au délit que cette pratique constitue.
