Bonjour, dans le cadre des consignes données aux soumissionnaires d'un appel d'offres, je bute sur l'expression "design trail" dans la phrase suivante : "The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all of the issues raised during the studies are incorporated into the design and all changes are recorded as part of an auditable design trail."

Avez-vous une idée de la traduction de ces termes ? Je propose "piste de conception", mais sans conviction...
