Plus de contexte nécéssaire,car aucune indication que votre contexte est financier, ce qui peut bien être le cas, of course! Sinon, il n'y a aucune certitude que ce terme est celui qu'il vous faut - et rend le glossaire ProZ moins utile de surcroît!

Le terme “covenant” peut être traduit de plusieurs façons, mais on y trouve toujours une obligation ou un engagement de faire ou de ne pas faire. C’est une clause restrictive.

Un “covenant” peut être : positif, négatif, protectif, restrictif. Dans un context financier, immobilier le sens précis peut être different.
