English to French translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / finance
English term or phrase:pre off take
can anyone translate pre-off take finance in French? Thanks
In common with most of your questions to date, it would almost certainly help if you gave us some surrounding context in which this term appears.
In particular, I note your question term is not hyphenated, while in the body of your question, you seem to have hyphenated it; this is important, as it might indicate you are making an assumption about the parsing, if the source text is NOT hyphenated? Personally, I would have assumed the sense required 'pre off-take' — which is why your confirmation on the above point + surrounding context would be immensely useful!
On Google, all possible permutations of hyphenation can be found! However, at least one ref. I found mentions 'off-take' and 'on-take' together, confirming my original suspicion that, at best, this is a 'pre- off-take', and that 'pre-off' on its own is meaningless.
