the whole of "noted by the Central Bank" in relation to "prospectus" gives mostly ghits related to "noted by the Central Bank
of Ireland" and each time it's about funds/subfunds owned by companies based in Ireland but operating and being regulated somewhere else (where the fund/subfund is based - US, Singapore etc ...)
That would confirm the"intuitive" meaning of "noted by the Central Bank" i.e. the Central Bank (of Ireland, the financial regulator for Ireland) has "taken due note" that a sub-fund of a company registered in Ireland, but operating elsewhere has been approved by the local regulator.
