J'ai du mal à retrouver mes petits. La phrase est la suivante : "The Auditor shall deliver a compliance certificate stating the respective amounts of the financial definitions for or, as the case may be, as at the end of the relevant period specified in the financial covenants or the definition of Margin...".
A partir de "for or" ça se gâte.
