actionnaires minoritaires Explanation: Je pense qu'il faut faire la distinction entre les actionnaires majoritaires qui contrôlent la société et tous les autres actionnaires tiers , qui de ce fait, sont minoritaires. Après le changement, les tiers conservent leur statut d'actionnaire minoritaire. La deuxième hypothèse serait: actionnaires tiers, par opposition aux actionnaires d'un group. S'il s'agit d'une telle structure de capital (groupe et participation filiales) j'opterai pour cette solution. |
