-------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2012-02-28 14:45:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Très bien, content de savoir que tout s'est bien terminé. A bientôt! Reference: http://dictionnaire.reverso.net/anglais-francais/seam Reference: http://www.wordreference.com/enfr/trim |

en cousant la poche de graisse Explanation: they "seam" the meat, or cut the sinewy membranes between the portions of beef = ils "cousent" de la viande, ou coupent les membranes nerveuses entre les portions de viande de bœuf -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2012-02-28 14:00:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Isabelle, I just asked a friend of mine who's a Chef in the UK to help on this.. I hope he'll get back to me today. Despite of my answer, I still don't quite get the meaning of seaming to get rid of fat... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2012-02-28 15:01:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Super! Bon courage pour la suite! Example sentence(s):
