Les produits se présentent sous la forme de prémélanges (premixes) ou bien de "straights". S'agit-il de produits finis, de produits prêts à l'emploi? Y a-t-il un terme spécifique français? Les filières habituelles (eurodicautom, grand dictionnaire terminologique ou bien les moteurs de recherche) ne m'ont pas apporté de réponse satisfaisante. Les deux propositions me semblent correctes, mais pas nécessairement par rapport aux aliments composés (voir note ci-dessus). Le client s'est finalement décidé pour l'expression "substances pures", proposée par un tiers. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide !
