A company put in place an update of computers in its offices and prepares e-mails for the employees. The whole program is called "Mail-in refresh".

Subject: [Company name] Computer Refresh of [asset tag] - Coming Soon! Mail-in Refresh

Greetings from the Refresh Team,
It is time to refresh your device [asset tag].
Your computer has been identified as a candidate for the Mail-In Program.
The next Refresh email from [email protected] will provide you an opportunity to select your replacement computer. If you do not have this device, please choose “investigate” when you receive that email.
The mail in process is normally a one and a half to two workday process. On a high level it works as follows:
• At the end of work on day 1, you will need to box and overnight ship your computer to a central location. (Instructions will be provided later).
• Your computer is received by early morning the next day at the central location, where the refresh is performed. The device is shipped back to you that same day.
• The following morning you will receive your new computer and any accessories and peripherals.
Within the next few weeks you will receive a series of emails from [email protected]. Please review these emails in order to accurately schedule your refresh.
About one month before your refresh date, you will be able to select your replacement device.

Explanation:
Ce n'est pas très accrocheur, mais c'est un peu plus clair que l'anglais. Et si j'ai bien compris, c'est de ça qu'il s'agit.
