cette expression dépend énormément du contexte et peut a priori avoir un sens positif aussi bien que négatif, comme l'expression "going down hill"
c'est plus facile de descendre, mais "going down hill" veut aussi dire une descente infernale dans un sens négatif.

Selon le contexte, il me semble comprendre que c'est plutôt positif là, d'où le plus dur est passé, et allez vers le haut, c'est allez vers le sommet, vers la réussite dans ce cas je pense

  -> it's possible. I've seen people online discussing that expression and no clear answer emerges. More context would help understand
