Don't think that "favoritisme envers les flics" would be it. Neither in terms of meaning, nor in term of language level. "favoritisme" is not the kind of word that would be shouted in the context of a demo. Rather something like "flics corrompus, argent pourri"
It seems from your suggested translation that you are reading this as if it were 'bloody', but 'blood' used in this way has a quite different meaning altogether. 'blood money' is probably the commoner expression.
