English term or phrase: Company performance factor schedule
VIII. Calculation of Incentive Plan Payments
For the 2012 plan year, the total Company incentive pool will be created by multiplying the participants’ base salaries (in effect as of January 1) by target percentage incentive factors. Awards will be calculated using a participant’s actual base salary and overtime earnings received for the award period.

The Company Performance Factor (CPF) raises or lowers the incentive pool based on IBM’s performance as measured by operating profit. The IBM Compensation Committee will establish the Company performance factor schedule. This schedule will define the threshold

(30%) and maximum (100%) operating profit goals and pool adjustment levels for the designated year.

French translation:barème des coefficients de performance de l'entreprise
Explanation:
This kind of 'schedule' refers to a kind of list or statement; one of the suggestions given by R+C is 'barème'.

I've a feeling this is one of those instances where 'factor' is best translated as 'coefficient' — it seems as if these may be some kind of figures used to modify other figures.

I should have clarified: I don't believe these 'factors' are factors that affect performance, but rather, factoirs that are calculated on the bais of actual performnace in order to in some way modify something else (here, it looks like some kind of productivity bonus).

It's tricky that 'factor' is used in this rather ambiguous way in EN with 2 fairly different senses.

-> Merci, Gilles ! You seem to be misunderstanding 'facteurs' — your ref. refers to the 'factors that affect performance', whereas here the 'factors' are those 'calculated on the basis of company performance'
