neutral  Victor Santos: habilement tourné mais si cela convient très bien à prise de décisions et à la façon dont on gère une entreprise, je trouve que ça colle moins avec l'aspect relationnel.

  -> Oui je comprends votre raisonnement, mais dans la mesure où l'incompétence s'applique ici à la fonction de direction cela englobe automatiquement tout ce que l'on attend d'un-e dirigeant-e donc aussi les compétences relationnelles.

Explanation:
"management" dans ce sens-là (gestion d'une entreprise, d'une équipe/collaborateurs) est vraiment rentré dans le vocabulaire d'entreprise.

Si vraiment vous tenez à traduire, pourquoi pas "gestion"
