The Union also suggests that the Company notify all Flight Attendants on SLOAs.
(LOA = leave of absence, but SLOA?)
As the Collective Agreement does not state that laid off Flight Attendants must file an SOP, the notice should include a date of when Statement of Preferences will be actioned so as to give the Flight Attendants time to submit or update their SOPs.
