English term or phrase: 3rd party plan
Bonjour,
I understand that there may be additional monthly costs for supplies outside of what is covered by the ADP ($200/month). I understand that I will only get additional coverage if my 3rd party plan offers it.
Merci bien

assurance complémentaire
Explanation:

agree  cc in nyc: Sounds more apt to me than "assurance au tiers" especially for a third party plan.
