Bonjour, je suis en train de traduire un document sur la localisation des TIC et je ne suis pas sûre de comment traduire les termes "soft access" et "physical access".
"Physical access" désigne dans mon contexte l'accès aux infrastructures TIC et aux applications et "soft access" désigne les logiciels et les applications permettant aux utilisateurs de se servir des TIC une fois que le "physical access" est établi.
Je suis tentée de les traduire par "accès matériel" et "accès logiciel", mais je ne sais pas si ce sont les expressions consacrées.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'éclairer ?
