Explanation:
Je pense que quick hits est l'equivalent de 'quick win'. "Quick wins" est frequemment utilisé dans des textes francais IT / business management. Je suggere donc de garder le terme sous la forme anglaise mais en utilisant 'quick win' qui est plus parlant que quick hit
