SEC, c'est la Securities and Exchange Commission (ne se traduit pas), warning (avertissement) ne se traduit guère dans le milieu des affaires (profit waning = les résultats ne vont pas être aussi bons que prévus) penny-stock sont des actions dont le cours ne dépasse pas 1 USD (ne se traduit guère non plus), alors il reste mandated qui voudrait dire demander ou exiger ?
