je m'emmêle dans les méandres de cette phrase, c'est le "by which" que j'ai du mal à articuler :
" The amount of the Post-Closing Adjustment Reserve shall be the greater of (A) €250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Euros), or the sum of (I) the amount, if any, *by which* the Net Working Capital Required Amount exceeds the Net Working Capital of the Company as reflected on one of the Test Period Balance Sheets of the Company as explained below and (II) the amount, if any, *by which* the Cash Required Amount exceeds the cash of the Company

j'avais pensé à "...corespondra au plus grand des deux montants entre... et la somme du montant éventuel de dépassement du montant de fonds de roulement requis par rapport au fonds de roulement net" mais c'est un peu lourd, non ?
