Delay Liquidated Damages are payable in full **and final satisfaction of the CONTRACTOR's failure to comply with the date of mechanical completion** but without prejudice to CONTRACTOR to complete the work or BUYER's right to terminate the contract.

I understand it but have some difficult wording it correctly in French.
