Je traduis un contrat :

"COMPANY shall be entitled to insist on the ***consolidation of all disputes*** or potential disputes into one proceeding before XXX and CONTRACTOR hereby consents to any such ***consolidation of disputes***."

Comment comprenez-vous "consolidation" ici ? "Assainissement" ? "Résolution" ? Autre chose ? Une traduction littérale du terme me semble insensée ici.
