English term or phrase: that certain order
Dear colleagues,

I'm working on a legal text in English and I'm wondering whether there's a typical French translation for the expression "that certain" in the following sentence:
"Reference is made to that certain order given by the judge..."

It seems that this way of referring to something is very common in the legal field, but I was unable to find the appropriate equivalent in French.

Il apparait finalement que 'that certain' est utilise sans parcimonie en anglais juridique et ne sert tout au plus qu'a insister sur le caractere particulier de ce a quoi il est fait reference (jugement, document, ordonnance ou autre). On evoque CE jugement (par exemple) precis, en date du xx/xx/xxxx, et cette tournure n'est, semble-t-il, pas traduite en francais. On parle simplement DU jugement en date du xx/xx/xxxx.
