Dans une procuration, ce "THEY" désignant les personnes accordant la procuration.

THEY EXPLAIN:
That as extensively as it may be required and necessary in law, without tie, limitation or restriction, and with the liberty to set pacts, clauses, dispositions and declarations, even though it affects their capacity to contract or in double or multiple representation, it confers its representation, jointly and severally, in favour of Mr X* *and Mr *Y."
