Modifié par Décret n°2008-484 du 22 mai 2008 - art. 9
Le défendeur au pourvoi dispose d'un délai de deux mois à compter de la signification du mémoire du demandeur pour remettre au greffe de la Cour de cassation un mémoire en réponse signé d'un avocat au Conseil d'Etat et à la Cour de cassation et le notifier à l'avocat du demandeur dans la forme des notifications entre avocats.

Le délai prévu à l'alinéa précédent est prescrit à peine d'irrecevabilité, prononcée d'office
