English to French translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general)
English term or phrase:re-applications
bonjour, à quoi fait on référence par "re-application" svp?
Terms of reference:
To review applications and re-applications for accreditation and to visit Centres to assess compliance with the Code.
Contrôler les demandes et "nouvelles demandes" d’accréditation, et de se rendre dans les Centres pour évaluer leur respect du Code
Explanation: "nouvelles demandes" is fine IMO if the meaning is "fresh applications" (e.g. further to a refusal/rejection --> brand new appln, out of scratch),
However I rather understand (or guess) from the sentence that it is about a re-application being filed upon expiration of the validity of an earlier authorisation (that had been granted further to a first /earlier application). Hence my "renouvellements de demande (d'accréditation)" proposal.
As always, it depends on the context then.
