Bonjour, quelqu'un serait-il familier avec ce type de contrat ?
S'agit-il simplement d'un Contrat de gestion de projet ou d'un mandat de gestion de projet ?
Les deux parties sont désignées sous : "principal" et "manager".
I’d say that it really depends on the context but in general terms, I’d rather use “contrat de gestion de projet” than “mandat”. On this link (https://www.arcadis.com/fr/france/news/communiques-de-presse... a company is announcing they won a tender and have signed a “contrat de gestion de projet”, and then they précise in parentheses (PM) which I assume to mean “Project Management”. In your case, the “principal” would then be “commetant”...
