neutral  Germaine: On dit plutôt "transporter/transférer en fiducie" (La fiducie est constituée par acte entre des personnes; son patrimoine est constitué des biens qui y sont transférés/transportés).// See discussion.

  -> oui, on TRANSFERE des biens en fiducie, mais on CONSTITUE une fiducie SUR des biens, ce sont deux façons d'exprimer la même chose, selon la tournure de la phrase ! "Transporter" me semble réservé au Canada.
