description d'intervention
Explanation:

Explanation:
It is the term I would use without hesitation. It is the current FRENCH term to designate the specifications of the work to be made by a consultant as required by the client.
Much in use in France currently in the field of consulting, it is the FRENCH translation for ENG "specs" in use when determining the services to be delivered and is being used in FRENCH more broadly , as "specs/specifications" is more restricted in ENG to IT. As to references, living in France right now I can say we use it all the time and so do all of our partners and suppliers.
