Explanation:
case laws and jurisprudence are actually synonymies; the definiton of both:
"ensemble des décisions juridiques qui constituent une source de droit puisqu'elles interprètent la loi ou créent du droit en cas de silence de celle-ci"
I suggest to translate jurisprudence and case laws together as "droit jurisprudentiel", but it would also be possible to translate "jurisprudence et droit établi d'après les précedents judiciaires"
