En droit, il s'agit toujours d'une "interdiction restrictive".


Explanation:
Cependant, comme tu le sais autant que moi, "malheureusement" l'interdiction n'a pas le meme pouvoir d'intervention, ce qui est fort malheureux en droit de la famille...et dans la majorite des cas, le manque d'intervention est fatal.
En droit civil, lors d'une greve, par exemple, vous connaissezle pouvoir et la puissance de l'appareil judiciaire...et consequemment de la police.
Ce sont des faits, et le droit est encore different ne s'est pas encore adapte.
