jugement d'expédient (et) d'injonction permanente Explanation: Je sais que ma proposition est identique à celle de Gilles, mais je souhaitais juste apporter une définition permettant de mieux comprendre le terme : Voc. juridique, Cornu : Jugement d'expédient (convenu ou d'accord) Décision prise en forme de jugement par laquelle le juge entérine l'accord des parties en lui conférant l'autorité de la chose jugée. Ici, apparemment, les parties se sont entendues concernant l'injonction permanente. |
