English term or phrase: Anyone can help V.4
Please answer in english only:
Context:
The recipient of full child support enforcement services requested that DCS stop providing those services.
The word"full" in this places means ? is it means full amount of money or sth ?

French translation:complete, total
Explanation:
I think that this is what it means:
complete/total/all of
as opposed to partial/part of/some of the services

(full) child support is usually an amount of money. "(full) enforcement services" might be the ways taken to collect that child support.

If you have time, wait for some other Pro to confirm that interpretation, since i'm a native French speaker.

Explanation:
I aggree with Germaine.
Just a precision : in terms of service there are generally different service levels for the same product. The lowest level is often called "basic" service and the highest level is then called "full" service. It means that it combines all the service features proposed by the company.

Hope it makes it very clear
