dispositive from disposition;
disposition (JUR) = disposition/cession = action de disposer d'un bien; acte par lequel on transfère la propriète d'un bien ou d'un droit à autrui.
On parle de disposition à titre onéreux (vente) ou gratuit (don), d'une chose ou d'un droit dont on est propriétaire: cession d'une créance, cession de parts, cession des biens etc.
